eye on health uk

In today’s world, of limited work opportunities, days off work diminishes your job prospects. It is essential to be in good health to maintain the current seven days around the clock lifestyle.

Foods can be your biggest enemy, or your best friend.  Our greatest task in a day is digesting the food you eat.  Eighty percent of our energy goes towards digesting our food.  As the years increase our bodies ability to digest the food is in rapid decline.

We are constantly wondering what we are eating from Edwina Curry’s eggs dilemma to the present horse meat scandal.  No longer know what is in the food.

Before sixteen years in Sensitivity testing, John Neal from Eye on Health worked in a heavy engineering background.  His fellow workers often lead a rather unhealthy life style late nights alcohol related, often smokers, doing little exercise. Outside of working hours John was a racing cyclist, in order to maintain a high degree of fitness, it was paramount he eat healthy. Cycling magazine were replaced by health magazine as his interest in this field grew.

John went to a health trade show in Harrogate, meeting representatives from Bio-Medscan who use the German RM10 Mora machine.  Which tests for food sensitivities, and vitamin and mineral shortages.  Bio-Medscan is the UK and Eire sole agents for this type of testing.

Over a number of years John attended all courses related to this type of work at Bio-Medscan Headquarters. He has also completed courses on nutrition and reads daily latest research on all things health related.RM10S_01 testing machine

Machine used in the sensitivity testing the RM10S manufactured by the German Med-Tronic Company. It is an registered medical testing equipment under German and European law.

Testing is non-invasive and does not take blood, scratch the skin surface or inject anything into the system.  Electrode is held in one hand which is connected to the testing unit. The probe is placed on an acupuncture point on a finger on the other hand this creates a circuit within the machine.

What can be tested for sensitivity:

  • 116 foods and drinks
  • 14 vitamins
  • 23 minerals
  • 17 Airborne’s. Including:- Bacteria, Dust, Hair, Mould, Pollen
  • Testing starts from £10.

If necessary supplements will be recommended.  Plenty of information is given on the day for alternative foods, where sensitivities are shown.

Sometimes even the smallest of changes to the diet can make a vast improvement to the diet.

John tests in many places in the North East ranging from Saltburn to Hexham.  He has a passion for his work. Also this year a customer travelled eighty miles to Darlington following a recommendation from a relative.

If you would like to be tested for any allergies / sensitivities please get in contact with John.
