ABCA Systems are a North-East based specialist electrical systems provider. Established in 1986, the company has since gathered a wealth of experience in their field, as well as a good reputation and quality service.
They employ around 100 members of staff in the region, and provide a whole range of services, systems and products to private home owners and large public sector organisations.
ABCA Systems has, what they like to call, a ‘one call, we do it all’ tradition. That means that all a client of theirs needs to have is a requirement, and make one call. From there, ABCA Systems will survey, design, quote, install and maintain the project that needs to be done – without the process of bringing in outside contractors.
They claim to be specialist in providing for multi-disciplined systems without needing to bring in outside help.
The services that ABCA Systems provide are as follows:
- CCTV
- Door Access
- Intruder Alarm
- Fire Alarm
- Public Address
- Nurse Call
- Induction Loops
- Communal TV
Whatever the job, whether it is installing communal TV for 10 residents of an apartment block, or a CCTV system, the company employs all of the people needed to do the job. This includes the management and director team, which means that there is also some hands-on help while the project is being completed.
The Tyneside-based company has also recently set up a new branch in Malaysia – with the brief being to design, install and commission an access control system to go inside the Sports Complex at Edu City. Not only are they broadening a business that brings jobs to the area, but they are also involving Gateshead College, further increasing the benefit to the region from ABCA System’s business deals.
And in an age where the environment now plays a major role in a lot of people’s minds, ABCA is perfectly placed to help the green customer.
They now offer a full Solar PV Installion service to residential and commercial properties. Thanks to the Government’s scheme that allows owners to earn money back from the electricity that is fed into the national grid from any solar energy that they produce, there has never been a better time to get into the solar game.
Not only is it guaranteed for 25 years, it is also linked to RPI to cover any costs against inflation.
Individual councils also run grants to fund projects on houses and flats.
But is it a good idea? According to Mr George Davison, an ABCA Systems customer, it is. He said: “ABCA Systems came highly recommended from others in the area and with the companies 26 years history I felt comfortable giving them the project. Luckily my decision was correct and they performed tremendously.”
