Let’s Talk Business is a free event focusing on the key topics affecting North East businesses in 2013. Looking at the life cycle of a business from getting started, to the growing years, and all the way through to the day when it’s time to exit.

No matter what the stage of your business, this event brings together a range of industry experts to give you insight, information and the tools to ensure success in 2013.

Speaker Information

Neil Guilder – Neil is an experienced Finance Director who has worked at that level for 15 years. He is currently working successfully with the MD’s of a number of companies in the North East and Yorkshire to define, present and source their growth funding requirements.

Joan Louw – Joan is an experienced business consultant and finance director, who has worked with both start ups and established businesses to develop and implement strategic growth plans; raise finance and manage risk.

Dave Gibson – Dave is a Director of Blu Sky Chartered Accountants, a business he originally started in 2005. Prior to this Dave spent over 20 years as a Business analyst and Project Manager implementing efficiency programs into a number of businesses.

David Wilson – Principal of NE Money, David has advised North East businesses since 2001. Experienced in all aspects of business matters from finance and risk mitigation through to the financial affairs of business principals.

Katherine Hay-Heddle – Katherine has substantial experience in a variety of company and business sales and acquisitions acting for both vendors and purchasers. In addition, Katherine has experience advising both management teams and financial institutions on management buyouts/buy ins and venture capital transactions.
