The Big Eco Show 2013

The Big Eco Show is back again for its second year! It is the only large event in the north east dedicated to helping and rasing awareness of green businesses.
This year it will be held at the Centre for life in Newcastle. They have 60 exhibitors, amazing speakers, seminars and workshops, as well as networking sessions and the fantastic opportunity to test drive an electric or low emission car from Benfield and BMW & Mini. You should test drive one, I did last year and it was great!
The Show is being organised by Daisy Green Media & Events and ClimateNE.

Tim has worked in the low-carbon sector for the past five years and will address delegates on the importance of the green economy and put the spotlight on how they can grow, thrive and build their resilience in this sector.
10.30am- Tony Mallarky,Potts Print (UK)
“Growing the green way”
Tony Mullarkey of Potts Print (UK), the first Carbon Balanced Printing Company in the North of England, will give insights on how running a green business can bring commercial rewards.
11.30am- Lisa French
“A very personal story of resilience”
As a survivor of the terrorist attack in London on 7 July 2005 she will talk about turning a truly horrific experience into a very positive and inspiring outcome.
