The Lady Black Cats go into the game having made an excellent start to the season, with 16 points from six games and sit top of the National Premier League. Charlton currently sit in ninth place and have seven points from six games. The last time both teams met was back in March, when Sunderland produced a 2-0 victory with goals from Natalie Gutteridge and Rachel Furness.
Sunday’s game takes place at the Hetton Centre (Eppleton CW) with a slightly earlier than usual kick-off time of 1pm. All fans welcome.

The Reserves travel to Nottingham Forest on Sunday and will be hoping to put last week’s defeat against Blackburn Rovers behind them. The game takes place at Carlton FC with a 2pm kick-off.
