FACT would like to make the opportunity available to NE charities, voluntary groups and community organisations to fundraise for their own cause and/or promote their organisation by taking part in our WIGWALK on 30 September 2012
To enter a community/business team, people would need to send in their registration form(s) with a covering letter stating who they were raising funds for, and include a TEAM NAME in the relevant section of the application form. They would need to pay the registration fee, but could keep all sponsor money they raise for their own cause. We hope that this will help local organisations in these difficult fundraising times, especially small local groups. Application forms can also be downloaded from www.fact-cancersupport.co.uk
