The Y i Pop Up Shop is once again making an appearance. The shop will be open from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th October and again on the following weekend 19th and 20th October. The opening of the pop up shop coincides with Northern Design Festival and they will be stocking some fantastic products from the North East’s hottest young designers. With work for sale by the likes of Jon Aspinall, Helena Seget, Jamie Fry and not forgetting Westergaard designs, plus more, all stocking their products in this not to be missed one-off event.
The shop’s aim is to let people know what fantastic design talent is on their doorsteps, and Y i Designs are passionate about supporting these designers and gaining them some extra recognition, whilst also encouraging the punters to buy local which will assist in supporting, and nurturing local talent, and help keep it local.
The shop will be open from 10 – 6 and can be found in the trendy Ouseburn Valley district at 36 Lime Street Gallery, NE1 2PQ in between Seven Stories and The Cluny. If you can make it for the grand opening on Friday the 11th October, you can take the opportunity to grab yourself a drink and some nibbles, peruse the products and speak to the designers in person.
