Linskill Nursery in North Shields is very happy to announce that the long-awaited Jelly Bean room is now open to children.
The room has been specially designed to cater for pre-school children and will be an essential addition to the already successful nursery department.
The children in the room will benefit from free flow play and structured activities promoting literacy numeracy and physical health.
General Manager, Michelle Gascoigne stated “This new room is a welcome addition to the Nursery and has enabled staff the opportunity to focus on more age related child activities and group work, which provides children with firm foundations before entering the formal education system. The children can grow in confidence and have new and exciting experiences”.
The Nursery is holding an Open Day on the 19th July, please feel free to pop in and meet staff and visit the new room and existing nursery set up. Please bring the children along too as there will be activities and refreshments for them to enjoy.
