Over 280 local businesses have registered for the Tees Valley Business Summit and 60 companies have been confirmed as exhibitors after only three weeks.
The annual summit is expected to attract up to 600 attendees and 90 exhibitors on Wednesday, July 9 at Teesside University. Hosted by Tees Valley Unlimited the summit will provide companies with the opportunity to network with hundreds of other local organisations and attend a variety of business seminars.

Confirmed exhibitors at the event already include Arriva, NOF Energy, Tait Walker, Enterprise Europe Network, North East Access to Finance and the NECC amongst others and will be sponsored by Thirteen Group, FSB, UKTI, PD Ports and Teesside University. As well as the business exhibition, the event will also include a series of interactive and informative workshops providing information on how to improve your business.
The summit will start with the finale of the BASME Tees Valley Elevator Pitch competition, with the judging and the award ceremony. Workshops throughout the day will also advise companies on a variety of topics such as funding options available to businesses, digital marketing, sales methods and best practices, developing your companies supply chain, successful networking, business growth and improvement, exporting and international trade, product innovation and commercialisation.
The event is free to attend and companies are now welcome to register online or by contacting the team. There are still spaces for exhibition stands which will give exhibitors the chance to display their branding and information throughout the day.
