Solutions for Equality & Growth: Working Lunch Employer Focus Groups
As part of a government backed project to research Equality issues at work Citizens Advice Newcastle is holding a focus group to gather the view of SMEs (small, medium-sized businesses) in the region.
Any representative from a regional SME is welcome to attend, especially those who are owners or in a management position. We have already undertook research with employees, now we want the employers view.
All comments and views expressed at the meeting will be anonymised and the aim is to develop simple and practical working solutions to enable SMEs to better handle equality and diversity issues at work.
