What is the format of the day?

Human Improvement is hosting a stress event each month in April, May and June 2013 at various locations in Newcastle. Each event has identical content with 4 fun, interactive mini workshops. Simply choose your most convenient location from one of the 3 dates.

Sat 13 April – B&D Studios, Pilgrim St, Newcastle
Sat 11 May – Heaton Community Centre, Newcastle
Sat 8 June – The Trinity Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle

The mini workshops are seminar style presentations of 40mins each that will often be interactive and in some cases have voluntary participation in the techniques themselves. Expect a fun and relaxing day packed with fascinating facts and intriguing ideas!
