Local Film Project ‘Hard’ Call For Investors

‘Hard’ north east film campaign

‘Hard’ is a football hooligan film with a difference. The difference being that the hooligans are female. This is a concept which has never been seen before in a film so this gives us a unique selling point. But the film is not just about violence. It is also the story of the sexual discovery and awakenings of a young gay girl who just happens to be set against the backdrop of violence and revenge.

The small crew who worked on the trailer have been assembled from the film industry and can boast several high-profile films to their CVs. Examples being; ‘Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets’, ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’, ‘The Dark Knight’ and ‘Interview With a Hitman’ as well as quality TV dramas such as ‘Inspector George Gently’, ‘Vera’ and ‘Coronation Street’.

The budget for the film has been set at £200,000, which is the total amount we’re looking to raise. This can come from one investor or smaller amounts from several investors. As I say, this is a unique opportunity for people to get involved in the world of film making and potentially make a return on their investment in the process. This is simply an investment opportunity so no prior knowledge of the film industry is required.

View the trailer we made recently on Vimeo –  http://vimeo.com/56192818  It’s only 2 mins 44 secs long and I’m sure it will impress you. In just a couple of weeks nearly 1,200 people have viewed it, with very positive feedback to date, proving that there is a market for the film. But be warned, it does contain violence and bad language.

Alternatively, we have just launched a campaign on the crowdfunding website Indiegogo where anyone can make a contribution from as little as £1 and claim a perk ranging from signed scripts to days on set and auditions for speaking roles. You can browse the photo gallery and see photos from behind the scenes of the trailer.

If you would like to make an investment or request the investment pack please contact me via this email or on the numbers below. It would also be a big help if you continued to spread the word about this film and campaign. Word of mouth means everything and your contacts just may be interested. Thank you for your time.

Yours faithfully,
