A FESTIVE red and white visitor will fly in to the home of the Magpies next month (December) as a special surprise for autistic children.
On Monday 19 December, Newcastle United FC’s St James’ Park stadium will host its second annual lunch for children with autism and their families.
And, along with the chance to see Father Christmas, guests will be served a two or three course lunch created by the stadium’s catering partner Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events and be taken on a taster tour of the world-famous stadium.
“Last year’s lunch was a huge success,” said Samantha Doyle, sales manager for Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events at St James’ Park, “and we very much hope that, now the word is out, even more families will come along for what promises to be a lovely occasion.”
Tickets for a three-course meal cost £18.95 for adults and £10.95 for under 12s, with two courses costing £15.95 and £8.95 for under 12s.
Bookings are now being taken and tables can be reserved by calling 0191 201 8525 or e-mailing candb@nufc.co.uk
