Tony Hazell, Made in Tyne & Wear Station Manager said: “Tyne and Wear is an amazing region with so many fantastic businesses and brilliant people. We have an enormous sense of pride and responsibility being the city’s TV station and we’ll be recognising all that is great about Tyne and Wear’ lifestyle businesses with an event like no other currently held in the city.
The Tyne and Wear Lifestyle Awards are absolutely open to all businesses, big, small, independent, chain – the most important thing is recognising the best of them; the awards are all about championing the businesses people of Tyne and Wear really want to recognise and support as key reasons to visit and live in our fantastic cities.”
Jason Gale, founder of the World Lifestyle Awards adds: “Following a fantastic experience working with Made Television and the Bristol Lifestyle Awards in March 2016, we can’t wait to bring the event to Tyne and Wear! With the strong sense of pride, the station and the people have for Leeds, bringing together the World Lifestyle Awards and Made Television is a brilliant match to honor and celebrate all that is great about Tyne and Wear.”
